Basic Information for the Internship in UNWTO

Terms of Reference

Main responsibilities:

- Secretarial support to the Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific;

- Assist in direct emails and communications to Members States in the Asia and Pacific region with special emphasis on China and South Asia

- Assist other daily works of the Regional Programme for Asia and the Pacific of the World Tourism Organization.

Details of contract:

- Period of contract shall be from June 2013 to August 2013

- The Contract can be extended based on the performance of the trainee

- The trainee will be paid 500 Euros per month.

- Working hours will be applied to the UNWTO′s regular working hours (From 9am to 6 pm)

- Full day internship from Monday to Friday

Basic requirements:

- Tourism Major preferred, other majors are also encouraged to apply

- Advanced level of English language in both speaking and writing

- Capable of working under pressure

- Good communication and coordination skills

- CV need to be provided
